Shipping & Delivery

We aim to show clear delivery options before checkout and provide tracking after dispatch where available.

Delivery destinations

Meeru Finds currently has shipping zones for the following destinations:

• United Kingdom and Ireland
• Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland
• North America: Canada and the United States
• Asia-Pacific and Middle East: Australia, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates

A destination can be available generally while a specific product or postcode remains restricted by a supplier or carrier. Final eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

Delivery options and charges

• Free Standard Delivery: £0
• Express Delivery: £10, estimated at 1–3 business days where available for the product and destination

The delivery method, charge and estimate shown at checkout for your order take priority.

Standard delivery estimates

• United Kingdom: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch
• United States: typically 2–7 business days after dispatch
• Other eligible destinations: the available estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless a guaranteed service is expressly stated at checkout. Business days normally exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order processing

Orders may require processing before dispatch. Product-specific processing or delivery information takes priority over general guidance. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or unusually busy periods may begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking and separate parcels

Tracking is provided when available and is sent to the checkout email address. A tracking link can take time to show its first carrier scan.

Products in the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged extra solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.

Address accuracy

Please check the recipient name, building number, street, unit, city, postcode or ZIP code, country and contact information before placing the order. Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Customs and import charges

Any tax or charge collected by Meeru Finds is shown at checkout. When an order crosses an international border, the destination country may apply import tax, customs duty or carrier handling charges unless checkout clearly states they are included.

Delays, missing parcels and damage

Carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, customs procedures, seasonal demand, transport restrictions or an incorrect address can affect delivery.

If tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found, check the delivery address, entrances, safe places, household members, neighbours, reception and parcel lockers before contacting us.

For a parcel that appears lost or arrives damaged, email contact@meerufinds.com with your order number and supporting photographs where relevant. Keep the packaging and labels while the issue is reviewed.
