These Terms of Service apply when you access meerufinds.com, contact Meeru Finds or purchase a product from us.

Meeru Finds is a trading name of ZAYDAN LTD.

1. Agreement to these terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy and Refund and Return Policy.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Product information

We aim to describe products accurately, including their:

Dimensions
Compatibility
Features
Variants
Colours
Limitations
Care and safety information

Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, measurement methods or manufacturing tolerances.

These minor differences do not permit us to supply a product that is materially different from its description.

Customers should review dimensions, compatibility, variants and intended use before ordering.

3. Responsible use

An automatic order-confirmation message confirms receipt of the order but does not always mean final acceptance.

Any amount properly due after cancellation will be refunded to the original payment method.

The Meeru Finds brand, original website content, graphics and design belong to ZAYDAN LTD or are used under licence.

12. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

Commit fraud
Attempt unauthorised access
Introduce harmful software
Interfere with store security
Submit false payment or delivery details
Abuse discounts, returns or chargebacks
Collect personal information unlawfully
Impersonate another person

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to mandatory legal rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
