- 20-pack of Wild Strawberry plants will guarantee you are enjoying some of the most fragrant berries and most delicious and healthy fruit teas in just a couple months time.
- These strawberries were brought to the UK as seeds by my grandma from Russia many decades ago, and she has grown them in her garden ever since.
- They have small, round red berries which are very sweet and carry more flavour than any commercial strawberries I have ever seen. The berries are not large, though - please be aware of that:)
- They seem to grow literally anywhere they are planted and require absolutely no care whatsoever, although ti is recommended to cut off the old leaves in spring to let the new ones grow.
- They grow very fast and the little bushes can be easily split, so you are guaranteed to have a fair few of these you can gift your friends very soon.
- As for planting - literally any soil, watering, sun or shade will do, they do not mind things like that. They can be planted near ponds, in sandy soil, where it's really dark (under trees) and just about anywhere else.
